This book is a sharing of my personal journey, one of spiritual awakening, miraculous weight-loss, a
return to conscious living and healing. These pages are created out of my own experience, years of research and practical application. I pray that you will find some inspiration in my sharing, which in turn helps you to heal yourself.
Here I am with my heart wide open, a load of applied knowledge in hand, an awesome miraculous story to share, full of tips and tools that have transformed me into a healthy, fit 92kg man. I am a total 65 kilograms / 143 pounds lighter.
I’ve kept the weight off and I’ve become a more balanced, connected and purposefully joyous being. Everything in this book has supported my personal transformation and I thank the countless others who transformed before me, whom I was able to learn from. As I share my story with you - I sincerely hope a part of you is moved to awaken, step up and become better and better every day in every way, not just for yourself, but for your family, friends, humanity, this planet and God.
