How this one differs. Classic is the one with cayenne pepper in it, and that is the whole of the difference. The Lite is the same tonic without the heat, and CBD Infused is the same tonic again, with cannabidiol added.

What are the best health shots?
The ones built on ingredients with something behind them, and made in a way that keeps it. Ginger, turmeric and apple cider vinegar appear on almost every list, and all three are in here.
The detail most shots miss is black pepper. Piperine is what makes the curcumin in turmeric absorbable, and turmeric on its own is notoriously difficult for the body to take up.
How to take Natural Elixir
One 25 ml measure, once or twice a day. A shot in the morning is the usual starting point, and plenty of people take a second in the afternoon. Either is fine.
Neat if you can take it, or in a little water if you would rather ease into the heat.
