It begins in the garden

Far be it from this writer’s ambit to challenge the veracity and accuracy of “The Good Book”. But when one imagines or contemplates “origins”, one only has to look as far as Genesis (no pun intended).

Health and well-being share a common foundation with our lofty spiritual brethren. Both the creation of life, and our continued good vigour find their origin in the garden. While Eden has the dubious reputation for ruining apple’s good standing. Today’s produce can boast a multitude of miracles in healing, energising and balancing our lives.

Sometimes in life, returning to the beginning is the right option.

Pure, natural and untainted are all positive sentiments that restore our being to a sense of evenness. We are a species that function better within certain parameters. Our state is influenced by our experiences. And sometimes these forces, whether it be stress, excess or pain, can unsettle our equilibrium. You can restore the balance, the answer is in the garden.

For a better way of life, look to where it all begins – the garden. Look out for these delicious goodies, incorporate them into your diet, and unlock the goodness of the garden:
